ELZ is a Malmö-based musical trio and composition collective consisting of Jack Elz, Sara Elz, and Bill Elz. Originally rising to international prominence as the alternative folk and indie group Crying Day Care Choir, the trio has spent over a decade crafting music that spans rich acoustic landscapes, indie pop, and boundary-pushing soundtrack compositions.
Formed around deep familial and creative ties, the group built a massive following through major label releases, multi-platinum singles (such as "Bigger Heart"), and tens of millions of global streams. Operating under their independent label, ELZ Productions, they have expanded their sonic universe beyond traditional pop and folk formats into score composition for film, television, and collaborative multimedia art projects.
