Good to know

• The hotel Motel One Tiergarten is located within walking distance of the Nordic Embassies (12 min - 900 meters)
• Everyone attending events at the Nordic Embassies will have to go through a security check upon entry. Please arrive early to allow time for security check.   
• It is not allowed to bring food and drinks inside the Nordic Embassy. There is a coffee bar in the Embassy selling coffee, soda and smaller baked goods.
• A staffed cloakroom is available inside the Nordic Embassy.
• In case you cannot come to the events, please release your spot at Eventbrite. Booking confirmation for events is sent to your email from Eventbrite.
• Motel One Tiergarten offers a 24h open bar on the ground floor. Simple food (sandwiches) can also be bought here.

U-bahn stops and tickets

• Download the app BVG Fahrinfo for your phone. Yellow and black app icon.
• You can also buy one day tickets “Tagesfahrkarte” from ticket-machines at stations.
• Valid for U-Bahn, S-Bahn + buses (zones AB is ok -  ABC for Brandenburg airport)
• Remember to stamp the ticket on the platform/bus when you start to use it.
