Danish Sune Martin wins this years HARPA award
Alongside Bent Fabricius-Bjerre, honored for his lifelong work for and with Nordic Film and Mediamusic, Danish Sune Martin was chosen as the 7th winner of the HARPA Nordic Film Composers Award. The international jury, composers Christine Aufderhaar, Laurent Eyquem and Bernard Grimaldi stated: The HARPA Jury wants to congratulate every composer for the high quality of the work that was presented for this edition. However, since only one must be chosen, the Jury unanimously decided to give the award to Sume Martin for the film Land Of Mine as we felt that the originality of the musical approach, the emotional strength of the music and the choices made regarding the cues made this score truly remarkable. CONGRATULATIONS! |
