The producers/directors will each get a table, and the composers will be moving from table to table.
Each meeting will take 9 min and then there is one minute to change to a new meeting.
In the excell you can find your schedule, and you can also find the contactinfo of the people, you are scheduled to meet.
Please dont hesitate to send them material in advance - if you find that conveniant.
