David Engellau is a Swedish music composer / producer / supervisor for TV and film, living in Stockholm. He has written music for award winning shows and feature films like Bonusfamiljen (SVT/ Netflix), Torpederna and Solsidan- The Movie (biggest grossing film in Sweden in 2017).
David is currently working on the upcoming TV Series With one eye open (Next Group/Viaplay. His most recent work includes music for TV show Fartblinda/ "Blinded", directed by Jens Jonsson and Johan Lundin. Witch also got him nominated for best composer at Riagalan 2020. Comedy series Sjölyckan and feature film Kungen Av Atlantis. During his early years, David studied film scoring in Los Angeles at UCLA film scoring program. He also studied composition and counterpoint at Cal Arts, and was a music assistant for among others, film composer Brian Reitzell. In 2006 he returned to Sweden and started his company Pachipachi Music. PPM is working with advertising music production and they have produced bespoke music for over 100+ commercials and film productions. |
