Jennie Löfgren & Anders Herrlin SWEDEN
Jennie Löfgren & Anders Herrlin have been a creative team since the late 90’s, starting off working mainly in the pop world. Anders was part of the team behind Roxette’s amazing success in the 80s/90s which saw the group sell over 45 million albums. Whereas Jennie found early fame as a singer/songwriter, with her music becoming a staple of Swedish radio.
In 2006 Jennie and Anders teamed up to write the music for their first feature film, "Beck – Skarpt Läge". Since then they have scored another dozen movies and have worked extensively across TV and commercials. In 2013 Jennie and Anders were rewarded with SKAPs’ award/scholarship for their achievements in Swedish film music. They are based in Stockholm, where they have their recording studios.

Jennie and Anders are currently working on season 2 of tv-series "Honour"/ “Heder” (2021). Some of their recent work includes writing music for the swedish television programs “Rapport från 2050” (2020), “Världens sämsta indier” (2020) and Swedish films “Vilken jävla cirkus” (2018), directed by Helena Bergström. “I nöd och Lust” (2015), directed by Kjell Sundvall.
Other previous work includes “Bröderna Karlsson” (2010), directed by Kjell Sundvall. TV series “Häxdansen” (2008) and season 1 and 2 of “Oskyldigt Dömd”. Jennie and Anders have also worked on several “Beck” movies, between 2006 to 2010. Besides writing music for film and tv, Jennie & Anders also have an established experience in pop music. In September of 2018, the first part of Jennie´s “Dreamology” series saw the light of day; a collection of delicate and beautiful piano pieces. It was also her first solo work of instrumental music. The first track, “The Waves”, was accompanied by a video shot and directed by Jennie herself. In October 2018 The Waves was the 9:th most played classical track on Apple Music in the USA. Anders began his career at age 17 playing bass in the Swedish pop group Gyllene Tider. In the 80's-90's Anders worked with Roxette. He programmed and co-produced the albums “Look Sharp, Joyride, Crash Boom Bang, Tourism and Don't Bore Us Get To The Chorus”. He also recorded and produced the highly acclaimed sample CD "DrumTools". After that he built his own studio in Stockholm. Jennie and Anders have worked with additional programming, writing and production on several songs. They have worked with artists such as; Ulf Lundell, Marie Fredriksson, Janet Jackson, Mauro Scocco, Per Gessle and many more. Besides composing music for film/tv and writing pop music, they have also written music for commercials. Some of their projects include collaborations with HM, INDISKA, Blue Step Bank and Viasat. |
