Jesper Hansen is an internationally acclaimed film composer from Denmark, and though he loves to compose in all genres, he is primarily known for his beautiful and simple compositions.
Having worked on feature films, tv-shows, documentaries and short film in both his native Denmark and abroad, his music has been used in more than 120 countries, and performed in several European countries. When asked what is so compelling about writing film music he replies: "Working, as a part of a team, towards one common goal: Making the best film possible! That I get to write music I otherwise wouldn't have, in collaboration with wonderful directors whose vision I'm trying to encapsulate, is a big thrill!
