Oscar Fogelström is a Swedish film and TV composer with over two decades of experience. His approach to scoring draws from a background in pop music production, and his work ranges from electronic and orchestral hybrids to fully live acoustic ensembles.
He has scored numerous film and TV productions, including Lasse Hallström's The Hypnotist, the Swedish entry for the Academy Awards in 2013; Feed, winner of the Guldbagge Audience Award; the horror feature Canceled, nominated for the same award; and most recently Grannfejden, directed by Ulf Malmros and starring Robert Gustafsson, Kjell Bergqvist and Tuva Novotny. His score for Aurora by Yam Laranas won Best Overall Score at reelmusic.com in 2018, and he has been pre-selected for the World Soundtrack Awards Public Choice for both Aurora and Greed. Alongside his work in film, Oscar is an established songwriter and producer with over 200 million Spotify streams, multiple international gold and platinum albums, and two Swedish Grammy Awards as a songwriter.
