Peter Due DENMARK

Peter Due is a composer and violinist, creating music for films, TV and games, as well as concert works.
Peter completed graduate studies in film- and computer game music at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles (the prestigious Scoring for Motion Picture and Television program, SMPTV). That completion followed studies in composition and violin at The Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen and at The Carl Nielsen Academy of Music in Odense, Denmark. His score for the computer game “Forgotton Anne” was nominated for a D.I.C.E. Award and two GANG awards in 2019 and won the UZETA Award for “Best Original Soundtrack”. He recently finished the TV-series “Wild Wonderful Denmark” by the Danish Broadcasting Corporation (DR) and the VR game “Kinisia”. His concert works have been performed by Danish National Symphony Orchestra, Norrkoping Symphony Orchestra, Copenhagen Phil, Aarhus Symphony Orchestra, Esbjerg Ensemble and Cikada among others. Some of Peter´s other work includes making music for tv - series “Wild Wonderful Denmark” (2019) and “Finding Home” (2018) – orchestrator. The Danish film “Journal 64” (2018) - orchestrator, "Becoming Astrid" (2018) – co composerand orchestrator, “A Conspiracy of faith” (2016) – orchestrator, “I Blodet” (2016) - orchestrator and “Afskåret” (2015). |
